Dr Scott Campbell BVSc (Hons) M.A.C.V.Sc, D.A.C.V.N

Scott graduated from University of Queensland in 1994 and originally worked at Booval for 2 years from 1999. He then worked in the UK and US where he gained his Membership in Small Animal Medicine and became a Diplomate of the American College in Small Animal Nutrition. In 2007 he returned home and rejoined the team where many clients still remembered his friendly, approachable manner and his absolute dedication to pet care. Dr. Scott is an avid traveller and motorbike rider and at home is kept busy with his twin girls and son, plus Cassidy the cat who has a malformed front leg.

Teejay Hani

Teejay comes from a background in business management with over 20 years of experience managing teams in retail, hospitality and travel. Teejay has over a decade of management experience in the Pet Health Care Industry and brings a passion for people and animals to our clinics and a focus on customer service and patient care. On any given day Teejay will make his way between our clinics, there to help our staff, you and your pets.

Brittany VN

Brittany joined our team in 2017, after graduating from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Veterinary Technology and Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. Brittany has a passion for animals and always wanted to work with them as a career. She loves all animals, but can’t resist a cuddle with a border collie. Her fur (and reptile) family consist of her border collie, Theo (who is always eating things he shouldn’t), her cat, Tiger and Belle the Eastern longneck Turtle. Brittany is the Department Head and Manager for Inventory & Marketing  for Ipswich Vet Group

Dr Amy Menendez BVSc (Hons)

Dr. Amy Menendez is the Vet Team Manager for Ipswich Vet Group. She has always had a drive to help animals from a young age. She has an interest in internal medicine and enjoys being able to put together pieces of the puzzle to achieve a diagnosis to help pets and their owners. She has a gentle demeanour and makes you and your pets feel right at home. You can take comfort in knowing she takes great care with all of her patients. Out of work, Amy is a a keen soccer player!

Morgan VN

Morgan joined the team as a qualified Veterinary Nurse in 2019. Over the course of her time with Ipswich Vet Group Morgan has transitioned from Vet Nurse to the current Department Head (Operations Manager) for the nurse & reception team for Ipswich Vet Group. She has a passion for pets and pet care Morgan enjoys the ability nursing gives her to advocate for those who don’t have the voice to do so and to share her knowledge and experience with pet owners about gold standard animal care.

Dr Emily Ngo

Dr. Emily Ngo joined Ipswich Vet Group in 2024 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. Dr. Emily has a practical, professional and passionate approach to veterinarian work and works hard to ensure patients are provided with a Gold Standard of patient care. Dr. Emily works between all of our clinics but can most regularly be found on shift at Booval Vet Hospital.

Dr Gracen Mason

Dr Gracen Mason knew she wanted to help animals from childhood and graduated from a Bachelor of Veterinary Science at James Cook University in 2017. She has returned to Queensland in 2022, after working in the UK and is excited to join the Ipswich Vet Team.

Gracen is a self-confessed cat lady and she and her partner have 3 cats at home. Lance, Australian born and very sassy, as well as their 2 failed-foster cats from England, Scoot and Zodi, who they couldn’t bear to leave behind.

At work, Gracen enjoys meeting and getting to know families and their pets and the problem solving involved when patients can’t simply tell you what is wrong. She is passionate about patient care and strives to make sure your pets feel as comfortable and loved in the clinic as they would at home.

Outside of work she enjoys reading, arts and craft and spending time in nature. Dr. Gracen Mason is a Director of Ipswich Vet Group.

Haylee

Haylee joined the reception team for Ipswich Vet Group in 2024 and has quickly proven to be a great member of the team, providing excellent client support and a positive and professional presence to the reception area of the hospital. After working in customer service for 10 years and knowing she always wanted to work closely with animals after completing a certificate 2 and 3 in animal studies she knew this job role would be perfect for her. Haylee’s favourite part of the job is the amount of care each and every staff member shows to every animal that comes into our care!

Tegan

Tegan joined the Ipswich Vet Group team in 2022 as a receptionist at Booval Vet Hospital. Tegan brings a positive and uplifting energy to our reception area and brings calm to our team on a daily basis. Tegan helps to keep appointments on time, and helps our clients and their pets in the waiting area before they head on into their appointments. If you need any help while waiting for your appointment, feel free to let Tegan know so she can help you.

Ilah

Ilah joined the Ipswich Vet Group team in 2023 as a vet nurse. Ilah is always working hard to support our entire medical team. You can regularly find Ilah and her beaming smile helping pets at any of our 3 clinic locations.

Dr Emily Godden

Dr. Emily Godden joined the team in 2024 and has proven herself to be an empathetic and professional Veterinarian. As of 2025 Dr. Emily has been appointed to the position of Senior Associate & Graduate Mentor Veterinarian. Emily can be seen at any of our clinic locations but most regularly at our Booval Vet Hospital overseeing new graduate vets and handling more complex procedures and cases.

Baylee

Baylee is a Senior Vet Nurse with our Booval Vet Hospital team. Baylee can always be found with a big smile on her face while she looks after all our patients with the greatest level of care.

Dr. Cindy Dang

Dr. Cindy Dang joined the team as a new graduate vet in 2025 and has quickly proven to be an amazing veterinarian and team member! You can see Dr. Cindy at our Booval Vet Hospital.

Ashlyn

Ashlyn is one of our wonderful receptionists providing outstanding communication and customer service for our valued clients. Ash can be found most prominently at our Karalee clinic, however her passion for pets and nursing also has her training at our Booval Vet Hospital to follow her dreams of being a vet nurse with our team while studying her Certificate 4.

Alannah

Alannah is a professional, experienced and empathetic vet nurse who works amongst all our clinics providing a gold standard of patient care every day! You can most regularly find her at our Booval Vet Hospital but she also pops up at our Pine Mountain and Karalee clinic locations too.

Teagan

Teagan joined Ipswich Vet Group in 2023 as a receptionist. Over the next 2 years Teagan showed immense skill in customer service and animal handling making her way to the senior receptionist role in 2024. As of 2025 Teagan is now completing her Certificate 4 in vet nursing while overseeing our team on shift as our Shift Team Leader for the reception & nursing teams throughout our clinic locations.

Annie

Annie joined our reception team in 2025 and is already an integral part of our team at Booval Vet Hospital where she delivers outstanding customer service.

Dr Courtney Rafei

Dr. Courtney Rafei joined the Ipswich Vet Group team in 2024 and has quickly proven to be a skilled, empathetic, passionate and professional Veterinarian. As of 2025 Dr. Courtney is now a Senior Associate Veterinarian and can be found at any of our clinic locations providing a Gold Standard of patient care every day, but can be seen most often at Karalee Vet Clinic as the Senior Associate Veterinarian.

Dani

Dani has been a nurse with Ipswich Vet Group for a number of years commencing her career as a vet nurse with us initially in the pet health care industry. During her time with us she has secured the position of Senior Vet Nurse at Booval Vet Hospital where she works closely with our team of vets during critical procedures and overseeing patient care in our hospital. Dani has also spent a great deal of time working on large scale properties, working with property owners on a seasonal basis and has a broad knowledge of pet care ranging from large animals to exotics and everything in between. She tends to her own farm of animals when she isn’t at work and has dedicated her time professionally and personally to the care of animals. You can find Dani caring for, saving and helping pets at our Booval Vet Hospital most days!

Dr. Jaylene Siew

Dr. Jaylene Siew joined our team as a new graduate vet in 2025 and has shown herself to be a deeply empathetic and professional veterinarian with a great sense of humour! You can see Dr. Jaylene at Booval Vet Hospital.

Bella

Bella joined our reception team in 2025 and has already quickly become a wonderfully supportive member for our team and clients. Bella can be found on our reception desks at any of our clinics providing support and assistance to our clients and their pets making appointments or while waiting to see our team of vets and nurses.

Dr. Dorothy Cheung

Dr. Dorothy Cheung joined our team in 2025 and has shown us very quickly just how passionate she is about pets and people! Dorothy has a calm and gentle approach to her communication that has her being referred to as the pet whisperer! Come and see Dr Dorothy at our Booval Vet Clinic.
