Teagan joined the Ipswich Vet Group team in 2023 as a Receptionist bringing her great customer service experience and communication skill with her from her time in the retail world. Teagan is super helpful on reception at Booval Vet Hospital and is happy to answer any queries you may have all while wearing a smile and providing a Gold Standard of customer service and supporting our medical team with patient check ins. Teagan has recently stepped into the role of Senior Receptionist, leading our reception team and ensuring we are providing the best level of customer service every day!
